well, the answer is YES since China has enough money to fund SEVERAL
ESAS plans!!!

China owns $508 billion of the US federal debt could (that's enough to
accomplish FOUR ESAS plan) and this is only a VERY SMALL PART of the
money earned by China thanks to its fast growing economy!!!

I've said that over two years ago on some space forums, Mr. Griffin
claimed that three times last year and now it seems to happen

not now, of course, but, surely, BEFORE the NASA new lunar landing in
2020 ...or LATER...
