Default AURORA WATCH: Earth is heading for a solar wind stream

Ref: http://spaceweather.com/

AURORA WATCH: Earth is heading for a solar
wind stream flowing from a coronal hole on the sun. A
geomagnetic storm is possible when Earth plunges into the
stream, probably on May 31st or June 1st. High-latitude
sky watchers, e.g., people in Canada and northern US
states like Minnesota, should be alert for auroras.

Default AURORA WATCH: 5% chance of severe geomagnetic storming at high latitudes

Ref: http://spaceweather.com/

AURORA WATCH: Earth is entering a solar wind
stream flowing from a coronal hole on the Sun. NOAA
forecasters estimate a 15% chance of severe geomagnetic
storming at high latitudes. Sky watchers in, e.g., Canada
and northern US states like Minnesota and Wisconsin,
should be alert for auroras.
