Default What percentage of soyuz launches fail?

What percentage of soyuz launches fail for whatever reasons?

Not fail as in crew death, but fail to achieve desired orbit for any reason???

Here are the stats that I gathered from the Wikipedia:

There have also been a number of off-nominal descents and landings.
Soyuz 5 being the most dramatic of those not mentioned above:
http://www.astronautix.com/flights/soyuz5.htm

Of course, it isn't clear if Bob is asking about the launch vehicle,
or the spacecraft, or even if he knows the difference. There have also
been various unmanned flights of soyuz and soyuz derivatives
(Progress, Zond, various unmanned test flights, etc).

And as usual, Bob could have found this sort of information with a few
minutes on google.
