Default Help: Contact number for Astra Image software supplier - Phone Number(Homepage) Not current

Dear Astro gurus,

I've been trying to contact via e-mail and phone (the number shown on
Astra Image Home Page, 61-3-9735-2270, Australia), but failed.
A gentleman told me this morning that he does not carry such a
software nor affilated with the Astra Image.
I've already placed my purchase order through their secure Home Page,
more than 10 days before.
I don't have the license code for the software, Astra Image Max, yet.
Hope I could get a phone number or any clue how I could contact their
office

What does this program do that the many mainstream better known programs
cannot do? There are so many good image processing programs, some of them
are free! This company obviously seems risky at best and if it is the cheap
price that attracted you it may turn out to be a costly mistake.

Thank you for your suggestions.
I am currently using a free program, ImageJ or NIH Image, and a
commercial product from DataTranslation.
The only thing I was quite attracted was the pseud 3-dimensional
presentation of the image region.
Well, at this moment, they are still not sending me the License key,
for which I paid Au$99. something, without any further e-mail response
to my mails.
