Nowhere in which does he call NASA a "train wreck".

Our warm and fuzzy NASA has been nothing but multiple train wrecks
from their perpetrated cold-war get go. Telling us lies upon lies is
in fact what they do best.

Their primary Old Testament train of "up yours" has been off the
tracks and yet somehow still taking us to hell ever since we hired
those smart Jewish Third Reich rocket scientists, that typically claim
to know more than God, and that is foremost on behalf of their knowing
more of how to screw humanity and of how to pillage and otherwise rape
and trash our frail environment for all it's worth, and then some.

By not having accomplished the LSE-CM/ISS, or by not having gone to
visit with those Venusians or of their visiting ETs, is proof positive
that we're being summarily screwed by those having "the right stuff".

See article at bottom.

Senator calls for a 'Space Summit' to set a bipartisan agenda
on space. The time for establishing a new and thoughtful
overall mission for Nasa has NEVER been nearer.

Nasa has fallen down, it's broken, and it's time to
stop with the band-aids and start over from scratch.

Without the politics and with a mission that is
worthy of its abilities and destiny.

Congressman says NASA needs more funding
By MIKE SCHNEIDER
Associated Press Writer

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. --The chairman of the U.S. House science committee said
Thursday that NASA is headed for "a train wreck" if the space agency isn't
better funded to finish building the international space station and develop
the next-generation spacecraft.

The White House has cut NASA's five-year budget plan by almost $2.26 billion
in the three years since President Bush announced the "Vision for Space
Exploration" plan to develop new spacecraft to go back to the moon and then
to Mars, said U.S. Rep. Bart Gordon, D-Tenn. Gordon, chairman of the
Committee on Science and Technology, spoke at a hearing in Washington on
NASA's 2008 budget request.

"I think it's clear that we have a budgetary situation that bears little
resemblance to the rosy projections offered by the administration ... a
vision that is now increasingly blurred," Gordon told NASA Administrator
Michael Griffin.

"I'm afraid that NASA is headed for a train wreck if things don't change,"
Gordon said.

Lawmakers on the House committee also said the five-year plan in the 2008
budget proposal shortchanges the space station by $924 million and doesn't
fund an upgrade in the Deep Space communications network.

In a separate hearing on the other side of the Capitol, U.S. Sen. Barbara
Mikulski, D-Md., and U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, pledged to try
increasing NASA's budget by $1 billion. Mikulski also proposed holding a
"space summit" between members of Congress and the White House to set a
bipartisan agenda on space.

NASA's proposed budget for 2008 is $17.3 billion, a 3.1 percent increase
over what the White House requested for 2007. However, since Congress didn't
pass a budget for NASA last year, the 2007 funding level was kept the same
as 2006's $16.6 billion, leaving the space agency with an expected $545
million shortfall.

"It does reflect a strong commitment by the administration to NASA," Griffin
said of the budget. "It does not purchase all of the things that all of us
would like to purchase. But that is a fact of life."

Him or me? Who is in misery and how does killfiling put him
out of it? I don't get it. Are you losing your mind OM?

He3 within moon rock is still an ongoing physics speculation that I
believe is true enough. By all rights He3 should be there, as well as
within whatever moon rock had been deposited upon Earth. In fact, the
extra vacuum of and thermal extremes of the moon would if anything
expedite the natural extraction or leakage of whatever He3, as opposed
to those moon rocks as having been deposited into Earth's protective
environment.

In other words, just because impact displaced or secondary shards of
moon rock falls extensively upon Earth, as such doesn't exclude or
otherwise extract its He3.

The moon is every bit as wide open to as much solar and cosmic dosage
as is the Van Allen zone of death that extends out nearly 70,000 km (a
bit further than half again as much at full moon as headed directly
towards the moon). After all, that somewhat salty old moon of ours is
still the great collector that's much more effective at being exposed
to and holding onto whatever's heavy and/or nasty enough to matter, or
as otherwise having been electrostatic attracted by a much greater
extent than by what Earth's failing magnetosphere has to offer.

The extensively sodium and otherwise argon atmosphere of the moon
isn't of sufficient density to moderate the incoming or secondary/
recoil worth of outgoing radiation. The moon is simply a highly
reactive orb of sufficient density for having given birth to gamma and
xray energy that's in addition to the cobalt like local radiation
intensity that's as real as physics would have to agree, that our moon
is simply not a passive guano island environment of solar IR, as
having been suggested by those NASA/Apollo missions of our mutually
perpetrated cold-war era, that's obviously not the least bit over
until each of our fat ladies sing.
