It'd take infinite time for an Eu_Black_Hole to fully form,
meanwhile it has a finite lifespan... so that it dissipates first.

but there just ain't much of it... seconds... before it dissipates.

1m^3? 1x10^10m^3?

If you had a 1m^3 box with sufficiently strong enough walls, how much energy
would be required to make it into your "perfect vacuum?"

Give me a figure in a recognised SI unit please. If you all you can generate
