Explanation for E=M(C +/- theta)^2

The above equation means to calculate the energy amount of a certain
matter. Einstein's equation calculated it incorrectly. The above
equation calculated it correctly. The significance of its correctness
is that
it can lead to clean nuclear power--production of nuclear power
without nuclear waste.

Light travels at different speeds in different matters. When it
travels in diamond, for example, its speed is less than half of C--
the constant speed of
light that travels in vacuum. The energy of diamond is determined not
only by its mass, but also by the speed at which light travels
through
that diamond. Thus, the energy of that diamond is not at all
determined by C.
In other words, C bears no relation at all with that diamond's
energy,
at least not directly as one can see from the subject equation.


Theta is the light-speed difference from C when light travels in a
specific matter. Theta has a direct bearing on the amount of energy
