Since we will be constantly accelerating there will be artificial
gravity. Our bodies and skeletal structure will remain intact.

Why would there need to be constant acceleration?? Once we have reached
0.5 x light speed (or whatever), couldn't we stop accelerating??

Things going fast enough to break free from the space fabric tend to accelerate.

No such thing as space 'fabric'.

That is fabric not 'fabric'. Astronomers have been talking about the space

fabric for a long long time. How much education do you have?

No one knows. All that is known is that they do accelerate as shown by the nature of planets orbiting their respective stars.

How is one (Space travel) connected to the other (Cave diving/rescue)??

Both seem to be impossible tasks, one extreemly difficult and the
other what should be easy !

They are both easy if everyone puts their heads together and think without what they have been taught.

Hang On!! Are you, therefore, suggesting that the Earth is spinning
faster and faster around The Sun??

Yes I am suggesting that. The acceleration of the Earth around the Sun is canceled out by acceleration due to the gravity on the Earth from the Sun.
