Murka is your backyard.

Ares I is Jethro's rocket.

My working group did our own two year ESAS and came to the following
conclusions : http://webpages.charter.net/tsiolkovsky/ which I submitted
as a COTS proposal : NASA JSC-COTS-2. This is a liquid cryogenic core
stage SSTO and RLV demonstration testbed, powered by the 14 remaining
SSMEs, and augmented by Falcon 1 boosters, and eventually scaled up with
Falcon 9 and Taurus II augmentation, once booster recovery is perfected.

Second generation regenerative engine development is an intrinsic part
of this proposal, including the RL-60, J2-X, IPD and 2nd gen. SSMEs, as
well as Russian and 2nd generation large hydrocarbon booster engines.

Enjoy!

I doubt American rockets would have any problem targeting and reaching
your overworked anal love canal.
