Default Still more Apollo naming confusions

I was reading bits of Apollo By The Numbers, published at
http://history.nasa.gov/SP-4029/SP-4029.htm
and got past its thick index-avoidance system to the page on Apollo 11,
http://history.nasa.gov/SP-4029/Apollo_11a_Summary.htm
which has the interesting mention:

The Apollo 11 launch vehicle was a Saturn V, designated
SA-506. The mission also carried the designation Eastern Test
Range #5307.

I'e never heard of Eastern Test Range launch numbers before, but
would guess they stem from Cape Canaveral's life as an Air Force testing
range station. These look to be even more wondrously confusing than the
space shuttle's STS mission numbers, though, since, well, here's the
numbers:

Apollo 7 #66
Apollo 8 #170
Apollo 9 #9025
Apollo 10 #920
Apollo 11 #5307
Apollo 12 #2793
Apollo 13 #3381
Apollo 14 #7194
Apollo 15 #7744
Apollo 16 #1601
Apollo 17 #1701

Is there any sort of pattern or meaning to the numbers?
