Saturn and Jupiter

How often is Jupiter is at aphelion and Saturn at perihelion and both
lined up on the same side of the sun?

I've read the distance between them is minimized to 534 million km
(332 million miles).
Is that a problem?

There seem to have been some reoccuring tension around Saturns axle of
rotation.
Could this explain the asteoid belt, and could it even explain Venus?
Maybe i read to much mythology.

Do anyone know of an author name H.Torzyner? He apparently wrote a
book about the birth of monotheism around 1930. The strange thing
is..... There is a new book using same name on Amazon, but it is not
the same book.... Fluke or conspiracy to hide book?

When you search for H. Torzyner there is none to find on google exept
this book excerpt i found.

There is one Harry Torczyner on Wiki. "Naftali Herz Tur-Sinai (Harry
Torczyner) was born in Lwów, Poland (now Lviv, Ukraine) in 1886." He
was bible schoolar and translated ancient scriptures.

Bullocks or not Saturns rings are strange, and all the stories about
the birth of Venus in mythology to.
If Venus was a part of Saturn 10800 years ago that break lose could it
have travelled by earth and sunk a continent by its gravitation?

Who was this Harry Torczyner or Torzyner?
