Default Rocket Plume Report 2004-11-09 02:40 UT

I saw what appeared to be an expanding rocket plume at 02:40 UT Nov 9, 2004 in
western Aquila from latitude 42 00 18 N, longitude 93 56 36 W. I captured the
event on several frames of film as the plume expanded and dissipated. Anyone
know what this was?
