The only other time we can look at the inner solar system and the Sun is during a solar eclipse yet here, in the form of a satellite, humanity has created artificial conditions that allow humanity to witness a spectacle that can only be loved by those who can love.

How wonderful it will be when filters capture the orbital motion of the Earth via the changes in position of the stars from left to right of our central star or the motions of the faster and slower moving planets which have their own distinct traits within the timelapse. It is a matter of tidying up the spectacle without changing anything substantial so it is just an issue as to how long the complete explanation makes it into wider circulation.

These things are for those who already appreciate how direct/retrogrades are partitioned but unfortunately only partially deal with the entire astronomical composition.

The VOX and CBS explanations are good enough in some respects but they still try to reference the motions of the inner planets to the background stars instead of their back and forth looping motion around the Sun. In this case the illusory loops are not due to relative speeds between the faster Earth and the slower moving outer planets as we look away from the Sun but rather the loops are normal and actual as we see their direct motion around the Sun from a wider viewpoint.

I am accustomed to people disgracing themselves, not the hapless who are mere drones and nuisances, but rather those who have worked out how to use modern tools with observations for the benefit of humanity yet deny the inspiration behind it.
