I *have* heard of that. I trust all the people outraged at such a
thing will call their Congress-critters and register their opposition
rather than just bitch about it on the 'net, right? ;-)

It's at this point as far as I know only a Senator in Pennsylvania.

Yeah, about a decade ago, we had a tiny twister touch down in Hull,
Quebec, just across the river from us. It lasted about two blocks.
