Dwight,

In the Boston area you can't touch a livable home for 350K...and I am not
thinking mansion here. Condos in S. NH (40 mi. from Boston) are $200K in
blue collar towns.

Anyone who is on the AP 155 F7 list is also on the list for the new 6 inch
Refractor if they should choose go that route that has already been stated

on
the AP UG newsgroup.

Same goes for the MAk list anyone on the Mak list has a crack at all

the
new Maks there is only one Mak list.

Yeah in 1978 you could have bought a Jaegers 6 inch Achromat

objective for
$325 dollars and you had your choice of focal length's. starting with F5

then
F8, F10 and finally F15. Something a lot of people don't know apparently
Jaegers was supplying these same objectives for the Unitron 6 inch F15
refractor as I recall you were looking at around $6000.00 for the complete
setup the price of a new car at that time. Today you can buy yourself a

decent
APO that focuses all the colors for 6k and the price of that new car is

30k and
I see a lot of 40k and 50k priced cars and SUV's on the way too and from

work
everyday. People also buy 350k homes and making anywheres from 1500 to

3000
dollar a month house payments too. Of course there are even more expensive
properties as well. This is in the Phoenix Ariz area. BTW you are not

going to
touch a decent home for less than 100k in Phoenix Ariz

I really wanna move far away from any city, walk out my back door

I'll see your mag 6 and raise you a magnitude. I wanna walk out my back
door and see mag 7 skies to the horizon in every direction. ;-)
