Why is Battlestar Galactica Being Cancelled if it's so great?

Partial agreement. I watched about 1 1/2 episodes of X-Files. Not for
me. Add Farscape. That and Firefly are definitely my relatively recent
favorites. I really liked Blake's 7 when it was on. And until
Enterprise I kept watching all the Star Trek spin-offs even though they
could be spotty.


Plan on seeing the new Star Trek movie?

those. How do you feel BSG is inferior to Blake's 7 and the third season
os TOS?

How is it not inferior to anything on my list (well maybe special
effects). First few episodes of season one BSG were good, then it went
downhill rather rapidly (stories, charaterization, concept, etc).

went wrong and it is going to be a fantastic ending.

Sure but why? I mean what is your reason, especially when "It's the Principle!" says
"..it aspired to be.." but "..blew the big one." You, me and he/she are entitled to
our opinions and I want his/hers and everyone else's. After all, the thought was
posted on a public forum to elicit a response. I simply want to know why he/she
thinks that.

I've commented on it rather lengthily in the past, back when I quit
watching it. Short form: It was a dreary soap opera starring mostly
unsympathetic characters, and when they stranded themselves on that
unpleasant planet so the Cylons could take over, it lost any appeal for
me whatsoever. I quit watching and never went back.
