I don't seem Bush cancelling it if reelected just because it was
ridiculed, though.


It's not necessary that he cancel it. It suffices that he not put time
and effort and political capital into making it happen. Because it's
going to *need* White-House time and effort and political capital. If he
doesn't actively push it, then given the financial mess he's made, it's
dead.

We'll have to see how it plays out if he's reelected, then, 'cause
right now it's just started. Apart from a lot of brainstorming,
there's not a lot to push.
