Umm, they have every right to dismiss here. And if she is convicted I can
100% guarantee they will.

She's clearly suffering very classical mental illness symptoms. No
employer would fire someone under these circumstances. And no one would
be convicted of a crime. Mental illness isn't a crime ... This isn't
the third world ...

Mental illness is not a crime. Performing illegal actions very well may be
though.

And she would be released for her criminal acts, not for her mental illness.

Oh hang on, I guess it is kind of the third world down there ... well
she's screwed isn't she ...

Seriously though, it doesn't take much to figure out this is quite likely
related to workplace stress. Presumably even in backward countries, an
employer has still got some responsibility.

Does anyone have contact info for Andre's ex?

bg I do, but what of it, I'm married to someone far, far, FAR better
now.

And, she agrees with me on this. So, thats 0-2 on the attempted Ad
Hominem ploy.

Thanks for showing an INABILITY to debate/refute what I wrote.
( " If you can't answer a person's argument, don't worry ! You can

Now, if anyone has some *facts* pertaining to professional mental
health care providers having examined Ms. Nowak, and having then
provided a medical opinion of her actually having a mental illness,
then post that information for us all, please.

I think you mean, "No proof offered, claim fails."

Prove that's what I wanted to write.
No proof offered? Claim fails.

Indeed. And, it would pretty much all be lies.

Thats what one should expect from someone who perjured herself
to both the police and a court of law. ( I dont even have to
prove that as the court decision said it. )

Oh, and as I was there, and no one else here was, that means
that only I know what went on. HTH.

Now, lets figure out why hallerb is a loon, and why OM is a
grouch who makes Don Rickles look positively Mr. Rogersish.
