Default Is Everything Relative???

Let me start with magnetisim, and static electricity. Are they relative?
How about electricity being created by motion. Is its motion relative to
our motion, and is our motion relative to its motion? With all the
motions going in different speeds and directions how relative can they
get? Tricky stuff Bert
