I wonder if the benefits of smokin pot and doing backyard or campground or
roadside or
offroad or lakeside or mountain kingdom astronomy enhances the experience?
I wonder
how much it interferes with the ability to find objects? I suppose things
would take longer
but then it's not the destination that's important, it's the trip along the
way.

Really?
Note the lack of posts?
Typical of the pot smoking fraternity's lack of personal drive?
It's a drug. It's not therapeutic for healthy people.
Otherwise it would be called a health supplement by some warped profit monger.
There is a increased risk of cancer.
And if you're still in my universe: Don't drive!
Leave that to the drunks, the mentally ill and complete imbeciles!
They make a better job of it!

Sure didn't enhance mine and all I got was 2nd hand smoke.

Alcohol always did a better job for me, but now I even avoid that since I
don't observe anymore.

Agreed Jon, It's never failed to amuse me how many of those famous
star testers will down 1/2 dozen beers, and will then convert a
Refractor with 1/3 wave optics into one that has 1/20 wave optics, and
a .998 Strehl ratio. Mark

I'm just happy to drink only one thing when I'm out with my telescope, well
2 things, one for summer, one for winter,

For Summer, I drink WATER

for Cold Winter, Make it Coffee.

I let the view of the Stars and Planets, and Moon enhance the experience.
