Hi all,

I spent several hours with Patrick last evening and can report that
he's on really good form. He seems much more alert and comfortable
than he has been over the past months. The operation has had a really
positive effect on him.

He sends his best wishes to all.

Thats good to hear thanks pete

Out of interest (and I apologise for continuing to post off-topic) which
one is it? I have a few cask strengths, mostly from Edradour but also
an Ardbeg, a Laphroaig and an Aberlour.

Glenallachie, 16 yr old, and it's 57.5% not 58.5% now I've checked. It's
very very smooth.

Cheers
Graeme

That's a new one on me. Royal Mile don't seem to have the cask strength
version, so I'll have to keep an eye out. Thanks.

Sir P.'s certainly welcome to have a dram of anything I've got. I'd even
drive down there and pour it for him :-)

Hero worship him? Me? Don't know what you mean...

Many thanks for the update, Pete. Pass on our best, eh?
