Default Eyepiece question

Hi Phil...I've got the same problem but I'vefound that high powers correct
it. So the big A isn't a problem above 90X for me...have you tried skipping
the glasses on high powers? Just curious...

I do go without occasionally .. but when I take off my glasses, I'm
pretty blind. So I often mislay things (like EPs!) and cannot see them
even with my red flashlights.

Default Eyepiece question

I may have too many eyepieces for my XT-12, 1500mm focal length, f4.9.

Included in my eyepieces are a 10mm Radian and a 5mm Nagler Type 6, and, a
TV 2X Barlow.

Do I need the 5mm, or, will the 10mm with Barlow provide the same results?
Views through the 5mm are really crisp and bright -- will I lose anything
with the Barlow?

Thanks.

I would keep both eyepieces. Why use a Barlow when you don't have to,
unless you want to use it with the 5mm Nagler. Is the 12mm eye relief
a problem for you with the Nagler?

I'm sure there will be no shortage of opinions, but may I
suggest none of them matter?

Take the eyepieces out for a while and compare them side by
side. Before long, you will have your favorites and know what
you want to keep and what to sell.
