"And the girl is saying ~

My mind feels not. I cry.
Nor, but air, seizes my words,
Silently, If, my felt ones,

Know mine, crying,
Said of mine, my wound,
Your breach.

She knows every year
That my screw unscrews.
Still, a surplus, all living,
Of my life, those years,

Stared to nothingness,
Swallowed, years nobody
Knew. My center,
Nothingness."

Irony ~ A literary technique,
A burning fire truck,

A type of humor using words,
Or another grammar, or language,

Such as visual or musical,
To suggest the opposite of the literal meaning,
Subverting your expectation.

Incongruity between what actually happens
And what one might expect to happen,
Especially when this disparity seems absurd
Or laughable,
Often employing sardonic humor.

Something that happens that is incongruous
With what might be expected
To happen,
Especially
When this seems absurd or laughable.

See Dramatic Irony.
See Socratic Irony.

See Fence Sitter.
See Serpentine Curve.

See Getting Away With Murder.
See Ambiguous and Vague.

"Through the blinds, it must have been the searchlight I saw
That silvered the woodwork. Step by step, its shadow was

Measuring out tonight. The climb itself has become a cloud

This USED to be an OK newsgroup, but it's turned into a breeding ground for
every kook that has ever found usenet and so many are cross posted too.

As for newsgroups Sci.Am.Astro is far better and has a far lower level of
kooks. Then there are many e-mail lists for Astronomy where kooks are given
the boot if they could even figure out how to get on.

Contact me and I can give you the subscrition address for one.

I hang around to answer any questions from newbies that look legit. The
twittering one posts that dominate the group appears to be from some sort of
program or bot that someone is experimenting with. Your use of the killfile
or just plain ignoring the trash is the best procedure. You are best to
follow starlord's suggestion.

Klazmon.
