This USED to be an OK newsgroup, but it's turned into a breeding ground for
every kook that has ever found usenet and so many are cross posted too. As for newsgroups Sci.Am.Astro is far better and has a far lower level of kooks. Then there are many e-mail lists for Astronomy where kooks are given the boot if they could even figure out how to get on.
