And to be honest, I'm really surprised that there's no links to Hoagland's bull**** sites, or anything else to do with the MUFON morons. This skank's posting have a 110% true ring to that sort of nonsense, and I suspect what this "ISA" is all about is nothing more than two nutballs who, in lieu of having sex with one another, spread bull****, lies and insane theories in hopes of somehow collecting money to further their "cause". ....Egads. "Veronica" comes across like LaToilet, "Bombarmentfarce" comes across as CT. When's the Cnhy Znkfba clone going to show up and threaten to get the local police and the FBI on my ass? She's doing that to get their web site at the top of Google searches. If you poke around, you'll even find "message boards" with one, single post that directs you to their web site, like this one: http://p201.ezboard.com/finternationalspaceagencyfrm76 It's clear that this "International Space Agency" isn't what it seems to be. Yah. An 'international agency' that relies on Google groups and ezboard for it's 'official' boards? Sounds like a scam to me. Further signs of being kooks can be found in the claims on the website above to wit: "This has truly been a war of wills and ideals! However, in the end, the International Space Agency (ISA) Organization will prevail over its adversaries and enemies;" LOL. Here's another good one from that board; "This combined with cooperation and support from Commercial & Private Enterprises from people like that of Mr. Burt Rutan "Space Ship One & White Night", and others like him around the World." They can't even get the bloody name right! (SpaceShipOne or SpaceShip One and White Knight is what it *should be*.) Furthermore the what posts there are on the board consist almost exclusively of posts by this 'Victoria' person... The bulk of the forums are empty . Victoria, you are a loon - and your own boards and posts show you to be such. D. -- Touch-twice life. Eat. Drink. Laugh. -Resolved: To be more temperate in my postings. Oct 5th, 2004 JDL |

If you poke around on the web site a bit more, you'll find that the Director (Chairman of the board & chief executive officer & founder) is Mr. Rick R. Dobson, Jr. Keep looking and you'll find copies of "letters" they've sent to NASA, ESA, etc. On the letter to ESA, you'll find the "private/unlisted" phone for Mr. Rick R. Dobson, Jr. If you do a reverse lookup on that number (minus the extension), you'll find that it belongs to this company: Digging around on their phone number also finds this: http://space-generation.net/forums/viewtopic.php?id=551 Oh, how I laughed. Looking further, one of the Nebraska numbers turns out to go to this chap: http://www.cjseng.com/ResumeofJerald...erPESE_000.htm - a "managing partner". It looks like a small group at that company; note Rose and our friend Rick as well. The trademark "International Space Agency", incidentally, was filed on October 7 2002, claiming first use 1982... by a New York corporation. http://www.international-space-agenc...es/1/index.htm tells us they were founded in NY as a nonprofit. The New York Department of State doesn't seem to have a record of them, but it has one for a Space Agency Corp. Filed March 30 1999, inactive. Don't think this is them; it seems to be a for-profit. But look at the bottom of that page again. Who's this United Space Federation? *They're* a NY nonprofit. And they incorporated in 1990, an are active... so that much checks out with the stuff he http://www.international-space-agency.net/coi.html Aha... they changed their name in May 2003, about when they started showing up on the web.
