Hi all,
Spent a couple of hours watching and imaging for Perseids last night from 22:45UT to 01:00UT. Only saw 5 Perseids, but looks like the Kappa Cygnids are quite active. Took 60x60secs on Cygnus and 60x60secs on Andromeda-ish region (Canon 300D, 18-55mm lens on 18mm at 1600ISO). Stacked the resulting shots together. Don't think I got any meteors, just a couple of pretty summer shots: http://www.astro-sharp.com/images/pe...08_07_1024.jpg http://www.astro-sharp.com/images/pe...08_07_1024.jpg Cheers Ian Sharp. http://www.astro-sharp.com |
