The Cordoba, by Chrysler.

The rich Corinithian leather, well, that actually may just a marketing
gimmick. The leather was actually sourced from Oklahoma.

The voice over, by the very gifted and prodigious Ricardo Montalban.

Many years ago Ricardo was on Letterman, and Ricardo said that "Corinthian"
leather was indeed a made up name. He related the story of a time, when
driving around Hollywood?, some guys spotted him as they pulled up
alongside him at a stoplight. One of the guys yelled out, "Hey Ricardo! Have
you driven a Ford lately??"

Hey isn't that Orion Telescopes & Binoculars motto?

Clear Skies, Roger ?:^)

on Isaacsrote:

Prolly, but it's been said that good artists borrow, while great artists steal.

Since Ringo said his haircut's name was Arnold, it's only fitting that
these telescopes be named John, Paul, George, and Ringo.

Or Alfred, Arnold, Alan and Alvin, if you're alphabetically challenged.

This sounds apocryphal, but the guy who told
me the story told it as though it really happened
to him. He was a professor at RPI and his graduate
students were setting up a network of Sun
servers and wanted to name them after the Teenage
Mutant Ninja Turtles. He vetoed that as too undignified
for a graduate school computer network, so after
conferring, they suggested naming them after four
Italian Renaissance artists instead, and he bought it.
