If the speed of light depended on the speed of Saturn's moons we'd see them appear further away than they really were when approaching, in the right place when in front of Saturn, nearer than they really are when receding and in the right place again when on the far side of Saturn. This would make the orbit appear eccentric because it would appear to accelerate on the far side and appear to decelerate on the near side. However, the velocity and the position as the moon crossed behind and in front would be correct. Why don't you get a life and study basic Kepler's 2nd law and learn a few facts you clueless *******? |

Henry/Ralph isn't interested in facts or learning .. he is a proven liar and fraud .. his only interest is in deceiving others. The world would be better off without the likes of Henry/Ralph .. hopefully that will be soon. |

Rhea's orbit speed is around 9km/s or 3E-5c. The light travel time anomaly caused by c+v is 0.15 seconds. .....Less for Titan. Do you really think an Earth telescope can detect a 1.3km change in a moon's position when it is coming directly towards us? |

Yep, it's called doppler shift and computing, not "around 9km/s" and not "about 5000 seconds". If we can compute the distance to a nearby star using parallax the position and time of a Saturnian moon should be a cinch. What's one light-hour compared to several light-years?
