Its effects(actions) have to be "smeared out" It is easier with this structure to have it in two places at once without upsetting Pauli. No more bowling ball,or orbiting planet around the nuclei for our view of the electron. My view of the electron for 45 years was closer to reality.than the imperial thinkers during that 45 years.
