Default Any got a copy of Maxon's Book?

I am interested in reading the book, so that I may better understand John's
points. I am not however ready to put money in his pocket, since he appears
to refuse to "market" his book by posting valid responses to questions. I
don't understand how anyone with a book of facts would be doing anything but
posting facts.

If anyone has a copy I could borrow, I'd happily pay postage. If the book is
valid, I'd also happily buy a copy when I am done.

Any takers? John?
