If I think clearly, the solar system is binary, quite common, and the
planitary system of sol 2 is passing through ours in such a way that their ecliptic plane is at an angle, the moon I saw passing missed by about 10,000 miles and crossed the sky in about five minutes. There are planets and a civilisation on them with the animal we call "spider man". The massive event has happened millions of times before as the orbital period is about 2500 years. So we will probably survive with casualties. I'm told also that a impacts are about to happen or have happened all over the world and my home town of London is one of them, however there is nowhere to go, the information is that the strike is several miles away and I am outside the exclusion zone. Anyway at 94 and 64 I am not worth preserving. I have any family and I am no longer productive. So I'm staying put and at my age home, where I know where things are is the best place to be, the future is not mine, it the young people. The big balls of fire are ice and the radiation is heat, I've put a shield to stop IR and some silver paint over the windows. And the nuclear winter will be cold and dim and last about 5 years. I do not grow food so I'll need to rely on normal sourcs. The engines I describe and the use of closhes and green houses will alow food to be grown, human instict is to "warn the others". http://www.myphilosophy.eu/ |
