Software Bisque Releases "Seeker"

Bisque describes this software as "an immersive and interactive three
dimensional solar simulator for your Macintosh OS X (Universal) or
Windows computer. Experience simulated space flight and travel to,
orbit and explore the Sun, Moon, planets, asteroids, and satellites
with stunning realism."

Seeker was released for Mac OS X (Universal Binary) at MacWorld SF. The
Windows version will be released later in the first quarter of this
year.

Bisque states that Seeker is intended for educational and entertainment
purposes, not for planning your spacecraft tour of the Solar System!

Meanwhile, compatibility test software for Mac and Windows is available
at http://www.bisque.com/Products/Seeker/ (based on my alpha testing
of this software it is power hungry, especially with regard to the
graphics card; Bisque recommends "high-end video display hardware.")
The software was visually stunning on my Dual G5 with a 30" Cinema
Display.

A Seeker screen saver (Mac and Windows) is "free for a limited time" at
