From: Mark Peeters Date: 30 Jun 2006 10:37:54 -0700 Subject: Space Shuttle will NOT leave THE ATMOSPHERE To: On the site http://www.ksctickets.com/ltt.html you can see that they only claim a 'launch INTO THE ATMOSPHERE'.... After 8 minutes the engine will stop and then the Space Shuttle will still be VISIBLE... and one can measure with 'triangulation' that the space shuttle is NOT HIGHER THAN 50 miles and that velocity of the space shuttle does NOT EXCEED 300mph... although a velocity of 17000mph is needed for space-travel around the earth...(and one claims that the space shuttle is at a hight of 150 miles... For more information.... http://www.geocities.com/markpeeters96 PS Possibly the launch will be cancelled or explode or be invisble due to the clouds or the night... |
