California Doomed Again!
Double-A Best to keep in mind the LA area is a desert with lots of
sandy hills. 2 inches of rain can cause a flash flood. Florida is also all sand,but it is "flat" no flash floods here. Lots of rain brings the water level up out of the ground,and that is the reason for all its swamp land,and shallow lakes,and ponds. Reality is man has raised up the land about 4 feet for homes highways and cities. This week man has built the tallest mountain here in Florida. It is called Mt. Everest.and it is only 12 miles from me. TreBert
