Default Must do more to protect our planetary outer coastal waters

While most countries are busy protecting their immediate
land masses from terrorist potential attack another danger is the
vulnerable outer sea coasts from dirty bomb detonation. No sci fi at all
here because of the International less guarded boundaries it would be
feasible for a determined terrorist cell to instead of trying to
infiltrate a nations now high security borders to just detonate a dirty
bomb off a Nations coast to cause immense tsunami and unimaginable loss
of life. The Navy, Coast Guard, and global international tracking
satellites must be on ever alert to further patrol out to high outer sea
pirate possible terrorist activity to prevent just such an scenario from
happening. One small nuclear under water dirty bomb set off near coastal
International waters East or West coast of USA could spell immense
unprecedented catastrophe. All cruise ship and commercial lines should
therefore be very alert and careful with passenger or crew intake and
high security screen checking of all ships, cargo, luggage, and luggage
handlers backgrounds.

ponder on,
