"Visitors to Portsmouth's youth hostel are now able to catch a few rays on
a fully-supervised solar telescope. The equipment allows visitors to see the Sun with three methods: projection, white light and H-alpha, making it possible to view the solar corona safely. The scopes are available to all hostel visitors on clear nights" That's clear and sunny nights I imagine. An excellent idea - and congratulations to PPARC for the grant. = = = = = = = = = = = = = Send Jack Straw a "Nonsense" postcard |
