Default Ophelia + Water Spouts

Well my prediction that Ophelia would fallow the coast line going north
has come to pass. I now predict Ophelia with only average winds
of 72mph will do more damage to coastal areas because of tornadoes, and
water spouts. What it lacks in hurricane speed winds it will make up for
in heavy rain,and tornadoes. Bert
