Default Astronomy Dome?

Dear Astronomy Experts
During a remodel of a room, I have found it feasible to install an 8 - 10
foot diameter dome. Is there such a dome that is a prefab structure with
the stars of the northern hemisphere 'punched out' so a lighting grid from
behind would make it look like the night sky, in a darkened room?

Cordially
IT
