Default Naming 'the stick'

The stick in it's extended version, and esp. with an SSME
(bleah) upper stage, well exceeds D-VH payload.

In ATK's proposal to Congress for using an SSME upper stage, how large
would the propellant tank have to be? Where would the hydrogen burn-off
igniters be located? Would the source of the hazardous hydrogen
expulsion finally be addressed?

Without more design information, naming the "Stick" seems premature.
