Apollo 11 35th Anniversary Reunion



Hospitality Suite at Gilruth Alamo Ballroom on Tuesday - 5 pm to 9:30 pm.

Open to our Operations members. Dress is casual. Tray food and beverages
provided.

$5.00 per person at the door.

October 12-16, 2004
Apollo 35th Anniversary Reunion



October 12, 13, 14 (Tuesday through Thursday) - Hospitality Suite at Gilruth
Lone Star Room (Upstairs)

5 pm to 9:30 pm each day. Tray food and beverages provided. Dress is
casual.

$5.00 per person each day paid at door.

The usual suspects are authorized to spin their favorite Space stories. Of
course, all stories must be in accordance with our tradition that only true
stories can be told.



October 15 (Friday) - Apollo Lunar Landing Banquet Sit-Down Dinner at
Gilruth Ballroom

Social Hour 6 pm to 8 pm - Cash Bar

8 pm - Chicken Cordon Bleu Dinner

$16.00 per person (Dress is business/casual)

Only 300 dinner seats available (compared to 420 seats at previous reunions)



Seats must be purchased and postmarked by September 30th (we will be sold
out before)

Don't be shut out. Complete and submit the following form today.



October 16 (Saturday) - Event 11 am to 4 pm - Pavilion across street from
front entrance

Food and beverages provided.
$10 per person - Must be paid and postmarked by September 30th

There are only 300 Banquet seats available. We could sell out early as we
sold 420 seats at the two previous reunions. Seats will be on the basis of
"first come first served." Limit Two Seats. No seats will be sold after
September 30. No refunds after October 4, 2004. Check-in list will be at
entrance.

Gilruth Recreation Center is now outside the JSC Security fence. Entry is
on Space Center Blvd between Bay Area Blvd and NASA Parkway. Entry is
marked Gate 5 and Gilruth Center and can be anticipated by looking for the
area where the High Voltage lines (towers) cross Space Center Blvd. Gate 5
is approximately halfway between Bay Area Blvd and NASA Parkway. Holiday
Inn NASA Parkway, 281-335-0800, $44.00 for single queen bed, $54.00 for
double two queen beds.
