'The story of the Space Shuttle'

Hi all.

Noted in an insert in Astronomy Now last month that Springer-Praxis are
publishing 'The story of the Space Shuttle' by David Harland, though I
can't find a publishing date (or find it on Amazon). Does anyone have
any idea when it's out? Praxis have done a pretty good series on
spaceflight, so I'm looking forward to getting my hands on this one as
well - enjoyed the one on Soyuz in particular.
