UK set to introduce anti-light pollution laws
"Light pollution to become a statutory offence ... won't apply to airports, bus garages but street lights and nuisance neighbors not exempt... fines to =A350,000" http://www.cpre.org.uk/news-releases...2004/77-04.htm I hope other governments are taking note.
