Neighbor just installed 2 cheap merc vapor lights UGH!!

What I'm lately annoyed about is the increasing use of "Solar Lights" that
people are putting in their gardens. Yes, nice and energy conscious (they
power up using solar cells during the day, which gives them 8- 10 hours at
night), but when you put a dozen of them around your back yards or front
yards just so they look pretty at night............
