Default New Lights

I went to the RSDC meeting last night, ( these are the folks who up
the deal for voting in a higher tax for more street lights that I'm
waging a one man battle against ) and I found out about a housing deal
that's going to be built to the west of me, ( 110th ST West & Ave A )
and while they where worryed about the amount of water the place would
draw from the local water table, and yes that is a worry for me too as
this trailer park is on wells and so is most of Rosamond with city
wells. But the idea of lights came to me first, as it's a 1,200 homes
deal to be built along with new shops, etc. just outside it. Can you
say my west view is being flushed down the drain?
