Default We choose to go to the Moon?

Also, what launch vehicle do they propose to utilize?

Meanwhile, the moon may be harder to get to than it was 30 years ago. For
instance, there are only three remaining Saturn V missiles like the ones that
launched the Apollo capsules. Two were assembled from surplus parts after the
last three Apollo flights were canceled, and one is a test vehicle never
intended to go into space.

Yeah sure leave the saturn 5s sitting out for 30 years in salt air with nesting
birds then wash them up and wish em well/
