Its fits there very well indeed. This theory gave the BB its bang. It is now very well accepted .It is reality. TreBert They say that during inflation space expanded FTL. Problem is we know nothing about the structure of space or how it is driven. We know how force or pressure drive material objects which have mass. But we know nothing about what would drive space to expand, FTL or otherwise. They say the current universe is expanding at an accelerating rate. If this is caused by expansion of space, then what is the need for dark energy? Energy relates to the acceleration of matter. But if objects are being simply carried along with the expansion of space, then energy would not have to be applied to the objects themselves. And how energy would serve to expand space itself, there is no theory. Double-A Perhaps the ongoing flows of aether is all there is, and we're simply created within one of many aether flows. As Bert has said so many times, there is an unlimited number of universes, and otherwise as mpc755 keeps telling us about the properties of aether creating all sorts of physics if not the holy grail of our perceived cosmic creation. After all, something truly weird created atoms, and those immortal atoms are not made of nothing. |
