Flash in Draco

Thought I would put this out there.
I saw a flash in Draco last night.
Date Sun July 11 2004 apprx time 11:30pmCST
Apparent brightness -8
Est. location RA. 18h58m Decl. +68
Est. Duration 1~2sec
Est. size ~20"

No movement in object.It did not move like an
iridium flare.Time was too late for flares in this area.
Object did not move at all.

The event looked circular with a flat even light
and with a black dot in the middle.Very strange, an
awesome sight!
