Can Pepper Spray Cause Lose of Eye Sight?

Watching CNN news And police spraying pepper in protesters eyes means
they need hospital treatment. Can it create long lasting damage. I
relate that to when Severn Trent having Osceola sheriff "Bob" Hansell
having 6 of his deputies beat me up. I bleed blood in my urine ,but
they fractured my lower back,.and that damage after over a year still
gives me great pain I do take pain killing pills,but they work so so.

the pain is with me day after day He can sleep at night I can't. He is
