Dr. Dan Richman discovered lipids in meteorite Murchison as shown in
Fig. 8 at

However, the lipids are in fact fossilized fat cells as labeled at

White fat cells (adipocytes) contain a single lipid droplet surrounded
by cytoplasm, as shown in these images:

Fat cells differ from red blood cells in that fat cells can have
different sizes in an animal while red blood cells have same size in
an animal.

Geological vesicles show no concentric circles, especially the central
dark circle marked with green line in Fig. 1 above.
