Star Catalogs
Is there a good link to a webpage to learn what the different star and
objects catalogs are? I am a interested in learning a little history on them. Who made them, when, why? What the numbers relate to in each catalog. Stuff like that. For catalogs like the Tycho-2, Bayer, Flamsteed, HR, SAO, GSC, NGC etc, etc...... Kruger
