[fitsbits] sci.astro.fits link to FITSBITS is still broken

The gateway between the sci.astro.fits newsgroup and the fitsbits moderated
email list is still broken and is only working in 1 direction. Email
messages sent to the fitsbits list are automatically forwarded to
sci.astro.fits, but posting to sci.astro.fits are not being forwarded to
fitsbits. Until this problem can be diagnosed and fixed, it is preferable
to post any future messages on FITS-related topics to fitsbits, rather than
to sci.astro.fits, if possible. Qualified researchers may subscribe to the
fitsbits mail list at http://listmgr.cv.nrao.edu/mailman/listinfo/fitsbits.

There have been a couple relevant postings to sci.astro.fits in the past few
weeks that have not appeared on the fitsbits list. I plan to manually
forward them to fitsbits later today.
